About
Ravenhill Homestead
Our Farm
We are the Rambos! Even before finding our little slice of earth here in Logan County, OK in 2018, we had already started out with some sheep, goats and chickens. Ever since we have toiled away to what we have today where we focus on raising cows and chickens in a system that benefits each of our animals, the soil and vegetation as well as ourselves.
The cows you find on our homestead are primarily for milk. We are firm believers in the benefits of raw milk and enjoy sharing it with others. Each year, we butcher a few cattle to provide beef for our family and community.
There is an assortment of poultry here on the farm as well - from our beautiful layers, to meat chickens, to a few waterfowl. Turkeys will be coming this Spring 2023! These birds provide free range eggs, meat and protection.
Lastly, we have an evolving garden in which we try to grow delicious, healthy organic produce.
Although this is not our main income, we strive to use our homestead to not only provide our own family with a wholesome environment and nutritious food but to share it with others.
